Comments: Tough race especially second half. Ate a clif gel shot after 2m mark. What would you do differently?: Hill sprints if I really want to be strong coming home. Post race
Warm down: Walked around, drank a little water and ate a banana What limited your ability to perform faster: Not sure - this was the first running race I tried to go fast and meet a specific time. Woke up around 7am had a small breakfast of 1/2 oatmeal w/ strawberries and walnuts.
At 7:40pm got on bike trainer for 20min then stretched. At race start tried to stay warm and dry.
