Ate breakfast, read my book, listened to music, ate a bowl of cereal, went to the race to cheer some friends on.

I felt really good during the bike. I could have probably pushed it harder, but I was trying to save my legs for the run.

I would have put a GU pack in my pocket.

Comments:

I got cramps about 1/2 way into the run. That was a bummer. I felt good otherwise. My breathing was under control, I felt strong except for the cramps.

I don't know what to do differently.

Event comments:

This is a fantastic race. I am so glad I was able to run in it again this year. They do just a wonderful job. The volunteers are exceptional and the organization is one of the best. Hope to see you all next year!
