Pre-race routine:

Well this pre-race was rough, I ended up not getting to leave the night before until almost midnight so I did not get down to close to the race site until 2 a.m. So needless to say I woke up later then intended for the race.
Event warmup:

Well ym event warmup consisted of me sprinting with my bike and gear trying to get into transition and change and get my packet before the race started at 8am, I got there and parked my car at 7:52....it was a rush lol

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I was an idiot and for the last three weeks or more have been very busy and have not fit the training time needed into my schedule. So the three weeks off, no sleep the night before, injured right foot, and slight sickness is the reason I did not perform very well. But it was a fun race I will back to do it again next year!

Great race if you are near by try it out next year, it was run very well.
