Pre-race routine:

Met with Dck, Shells, and NL, got registered and bodymarked. Saw Wurkit, talked a little.
Event warmup:

Talk to my lane mate - very annoying, self-adoring Borat (courtesy of BITM)-like guy. He was so in love with himself, oh my!

Comments:

No idea of time again, i'm guessing here. BITM caught up me at the last half mile, we ran together for a while. It is very difficult to run right after the swim with HR already very high. I was hurting on the hills! I was really happy to be out of the woods and do my last lap around the soccer fields. It was great to see my friends at the finish!!!!
What would you do differently?:

practice more hills in my runs
Post race
Warm down:

Ate hot dogs, watched Shelly and DCK race.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

not liking running hills

Event comments:

It was great to spend another day with friends, in addition this year I was 8 minutes faster than last year!!!!
