Started on the far left. Go swum over in the bottle neck leaving the mouth. goggles knocked off. spent 3/4min getting reset.

Walk and talk and then found BEER

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Swim - open water start 200m fast then find rythem
Bike - Find a hill programe
Run - Brick sessions after hill work

My attitude was the best I have had in a long time. Used my "homework" training to see me through with a BIG smile on my face. Enjoyed every min.

Event comments:

The Triangle Int. who organized this event made Joe avg feel like a Pro. Awesome fatastic will look for another event done by them. Oh and train more.
