Comments: Really bad T1, I really need to work on this What would you do differently?: Need practice on this transition, could think straight because of the distance between pool and transition area. Did have a real plan going in, I was a soup sandwich Bike

Comments: worst run to date. Granola bar came back to bite me, got a cramp half-way into the run. First time I've ever had to stop during a run. What would you do differently?: Do not eat a granola bar before the RACE! need a GU pack or nothing! Post race
