sore foot, lack of bike training on bike, lack of hill or speed training on run

Event comments:

Didn't like the one hill in the bike course, other than that, everything was fine, would prefer the chip timing so you can see transition time and more precision on the distances, not sure the run was quite 2.2 and the bike may have been longer than 11.
