Could not get down more than a coffee and a bit of OJ
had a carboom on site with sips of water

joging to get to the start from the chip place because of the roadblock we almost were late!

because i didn't eat i had to walk a lot from mile 10 to 13 things had started to fizzle at mile 8

try to calm my nerves or eat more the night before

walked, hugs tried to eat an apple and lots of water

my nerves
