Pre-race routine:

Regular cereal and coffee. Drove downtown and took MARTA to the start. Used potties, chatted with BT/NAMS and other friends and raced to the starting line a little late (stupid potty line).

Comments:

Went out too hot. Had to slow down in mile 2/3 because HR was too high. Too high for living? No. Too high for comfy running.

Not be a Wuss!
Post race
Warm down:

Walked a long way past lots of friendly people handing out free food and beverages. This was a nice addition to the finish area.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Laziness, and possibly the nachos for dinner last night.

Event comments:

Changed finishing area was a buzzkill but other than that it was the usual Peachtree fun. They even had potties on the course this year.
