None once again.Strange race.They didn't allow you to rack bike night before,traffic getting in busy but do able

feel great with time and many little fears I've had,fix sigthing and what to do when you catch next wave,especially stranglers and those who try to hold onto you,hit you and so on

be more active and stretch in between week of racing,I basically did nothing but swim 1500 one day, and 500 another.Was going through stomach problems all week

I really bonked on mile 4,no gas in me tank.Was feeling over heated,stomach problems form antibiotics all week,just had to go and finish

walk,stretch,hydrate,was very warm

What limited your ability to perform faster:

some more conditioning,racing back to back weeks,medication,jelly fish stings

Event comments:

Good race,just driving two weeks in a row with peeps,9 hours one week,8 hours round trip next,with racing,pre race jitters,not much sleep
