Comments:

Missed my jump onto my bike. Finally got started and wrecked in the very first corner. Slid across the lot into the grass - nasty injury on left hip and shoulder - painful the rest of the race. Finally got back going again and ended up with a good ride - first race on my new FeltS32.

Run faster - the second half was faster than the first so that is good.

my stupidity in wrecking my bike but no excuses.

Event comments:

Great race given it is their first year and they seamlessly ran a mini tri immediately before the sprint. Well organized, on time, fully staffed and good food afterward.
