almost crashed into someone else after the dismount, running on grass slightly downhill when person in front, slightly to the left stopped suddenly

not forget my race belt -- got my watch and visor on fine, ran to T2 exit (1/2 down) and then realized I was missing my race belt, ran back and retrieved.
