Comments: My first 10K, actually my first run over 5 miles EVER. Really hurt after 5 miles but kept going. Took 3 walking steps at mile 6 and two guys started yelling at me that I could do it which I did and REALLY appreciated. What would you do differently?: With a month of total focus on the run after the John Tanner Tri in April I did everything I could. I am very pleased actually. Post race
