Comments:

Turned at second yellow bouy in 4 minutes (when the next AG was sent off) Unfortunately my goggles filled up with water so I just closed my eyes and swam not to loose a contact. Had to be redirected by the nice gentleman in the canoo having gone waaaay off course :-)

Comments:

When I rode it was great! - I made the same mistake again with my gears and chain and it came off completely this time - right on the hill at the 6th mile marker!!!! Oh, and also almost got hit by a car on Pctree Ind.
I was disappointed with the bike since I was on my brand new full carbon fibre beauty - ah well.
What would you do differently?:

Need to practice safe gear changes and get more miles on the road.
Transition 2
  • 00m 58s
Comments:

I am the only girl on my tri-team and had the fastest T-times of all of them...who says girls can't get dressed in a hurry!!
What would you do differently?:

nothing
Run
  • 31m 45s
  • 3.11 miles
  • 10m 13s  min/mile
Comments:

My weakest by far. I felt like I had a great rythm and felt good - just too slow pace. On top on my winter training list.
What would you do differently?:

Train more.
Post race
Warm down:

Drank water and hung out with my team trying to convince the wives to join next year!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

A variety of technical and mental mistakes.

Event comments:

I love this race - great spectator course. I will be back next year to improve my time!
