Comments: Swim in pool was bad. swimmers went off at 5sec intervals. needed to be 10. got stuck in slooooow lane with 3 really slow swimmers. What would you do differently?: next time I will put our swim time a lot more accurate to get in the fastest wave time. Transition 1
Comments: I have no idea why this was sooo slow. I will just chalk it up to "whatever". I had hoped for 1.30 but thats ok, will work on it. Bike
Comments: I felt like crap crap crap on the bike which is HUGELY disappointing. I had wanted to do better than 7th female in for gods sake! I am very upset but I need to realize that my peak isn't until August so I have lots of time to work on this thank god. What would you do differently?: not suck. Transition 2
Comments: fast transition. would love to get into the 30s. probs need to work on riding with shoes off before bike dismount. that might save time. Run

What limited your ability to perform faster: NO energy on the bike. Event comments: needed to have things set up faster so we didn't get the waves pushed so far back, then the iron kids tri and the tri it kids tri was over 2 hours past due. frustrating. Last updated: 2008-04-22 12:00 AM
