Woke up, showered, ate a granola bar and met my sister-in-law to ride to the start

Comments:

The run felt good. My longest training run was 9 miles so I was worried at first about going 13 but it was fine.
What would you do differently?:

Practice my speed work and tempo drills more.

Warm down:

Crossed the finish line, got my medal, grabbed some drinks and waited for my sister-in-law.

Event comments:

A very good event for my first half marathon. This race may also be my first marathon next year.
