Comments: first 100m was nice and smooth, feeling the flow What would you do differently?: nothing just train more and work on better breathing Transition 1
Comments: all was good until i decide to reprogram my stupid garmin, had a multisport setting worked out but for some reason it didn't start in right mode. this caused major delay and much consternation What would you do differently?: when encountering technical difficulties just get up and go, go go! Bike
Comments: wow! hr 180 avg...very surprised that my hr was off the charts for the entire leg, did someone spike my water bottle?? What would you do differently?: endurance training is a must Transition 2
Comments: forgot to take my helmet off, had to stop and give it to race official, oops What would you do differently?: check gear Run
Comments: things hurt early, middle and late but surprised about time given my lack of interval training. my hr rate spiked due to my "sprint" to the finish line What would you do differently?: had the right amount of gu, but needed more water. more bricks and more intervals would have greatly helped! Post race
Warm down: it was great seeing, hearing all the T3 gang at the finish line. thanks for the support and thanks for coming out to the event! What limited your ability to perform faster: wasn't a lack of effort, just gotta train more Event comments: great event, well managed and thanks Dan Jones for squeezing me in!
