Comments: Much better than Cherry Blossom. I ran about the same pace but without pain and swelling in my left knee. I felt good, not to sore afterwards. My stomach was a little upset. What would you do differently?: Avoid dairy and sugar the week before. Post race
Warm down: Wait for Alex, stretch, put my long sleeve shirt back on, drink powerade, half a bagel and a granola bar. What limited your ability to perform faster: I did the best I could given my training. Event comments: No outhouses on the course and only three water stations and a fourth around mile 9, with no gatorade. I felt dehydrated and I think that made my stomach worse.
