Normal breakfast and prep. Altough this was the first time I had to make sure the tent and everything was setup as well.

I was trying to stay nice and slow... for my first olympic swim. I did that... but maybe stayed a little too slow. I felt great and comfortable the entire way.
What would you do differently?:

Maybe pick up the pace a little more... but now I know.

Pretty good transition... I have a new bike computer and its located on the bike stem. While running with the bike the computer popped off into the grass. I had to stop, go back, and find it. Popped it back on...

Will not push the bike by the stem.

Felt pretty good the first 2 miles... after the hills I really hit the wall. I felt like I was draggin my feet the final 2 miles. I am not too upset with my overall pace... just the final 3 miles after the hills.

Good race for my first olympic distance... I was right about where I wanted to be. Was hoping for a little faster bike time... but I can see where I was slower than expected.
