Comments: Start was good. Got a little disoriented - first open water swimm of the year. Despite knowing better I pulled up "just to get my bearings". After that it was a struggle. What would you do differently?: Keep swimming. Keep th erythm going. Transition 1
Comments: Put shoes on before getting bike to road. We were not permitted to mount until we left the transition area and there was an almost immediate hill. What would you do differently?: Not wear socks. Bike
Comments: My best event. Passed lot sof people who came out of the water before me. What would you do differently?: Ride a little harder and be more confident in my cornering and turns. Transition 2
Comments: Smooth for me. What would you do differently?: do it faster next time Run
Comments: Legs felt very heavy and stiff at beginning. Bike course ended with uphills and my legs felt dead at the beginning of the run but they did loosen up in the seciond half of the run What would you do differently?: I probably should have domne more pre-race warm-up for running - maybe jogged out a little bit? I know I could have run harder. Post race
