Comments: Great course. Part of it ran along the river on a dirt road. Held 7:30's up until the crazy hill at mile 8. Held one more 7:30 after that and dropped a bit. Was pretty dehydrated too. What would you do differently?: DRINK MORE WATER THE DAY BEFORE! Yes, I'm dumb sometimes. But I still PR'd. ;-) Post race
