Worst run I've done. I felt terrible and even had to walk up the hill...nuff said.
What would you do differently?:

Eat better.
Post race
Warm down:

Made a hasty exit from the post race celebrations...I felt terrible. So did Nadene so no one was offended. I had to ride the steam train back to my car. I was totally miserable. When I got to the township I stopped at the nearest cafe and ordered something to eat. I rang my hubby and nearly burst into tears! Ate my meal and felt a bit better. I then had to stop at a petrol station on the way home to gobble more food. Did nothing but eat for the rest of the day.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Dieting whilst trying to perform!

I love this race. Now I have unfinished business.
