What would you do differently?:

I think maybe I should warm up before the race so I can start the race ready to run the pace. I think that I might be strong enough to carry a sub-7 pace for 13 miles or so if I do that.

I think I did the best I could for today's race.

Course: Mostly flat the first 9 miles from Coney Island to Prospect Park in Brooklyn. Last three miles through Prospect Park are hilly. Mile 12's hill after the sharp left turn was painfully unexpected.
