Comments:

Time includes transition to run and from second run to swim. Swam breast stroke because I still havent mastered left side breathing and the waves were causing me to take in too much water with freestyle.

Rankings for female novice group were:
First swim: 10/16
Second swim: 9/16

I was happy with the swim! It's the first time I finished middle of the pack on anything.

really good first 3 miles and then ran out of steam after that. Bike training has been non-existent the past couple months. You get what you put into it!
