run felt great. surprised at my time as i didn't feel i went as hard as i did last year and i was only 17 seconds off last years time.

catch the girl that finished 8seconds ahead of me.

lack of fitness. this time last year i'd finished a 1/2IM and was well into IM training. not so much this year
