Met Alicia at the gym to carpool to the race. Registered and got transition area set up.

Felt good on the swim. I got stuck behind a couple of people that I couldn't pass, but overall had a good swim. Forgot my goggles, Thank goodness Alicia had an extra pair. She rocks. Now I have consolidated all my bags, not to forget anything again.

Remember my goggles.

Still working on coming back from running. Felt pretty good.
