took the train downtown, english muffin with butter on the train, a tiny bit of stretching and then in line for the porta-potty when the gun went off

I didn't have my ipod- so strange in some ways, but I am glad I didn't have it actually, because I was much more present.
What would you do differently?:

nothing I guess- how great is that?

Warm down:

bad news- I didn't walk around enough, I just went to the reunion area and stood still for way too long and ate not enough. but what can you do, I was really out of it and spacey. I ended up having to wait there almost an hour for my friend who was running it too.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I was right on target and ran SO consistently the whole race so I was happy. I didn't do a single speed workout so that probably had something to do with my inability to run faster.

Event comments:

more portapotties- the lines were ridiculous.
