Comments:

Good bike ride. Stayed in the aero postion te whole time, except for the turn around. Got caught after the turn around.By a pack of 4 guys in the 35-39 age group. Rode hard the rest of the way in and caught a few more people, and a few guys passed me but none in my age group. Good flying moun and dismount
What would you do differently?:

Nothing. Overall great time, especially since T1 and T2 times are included in Bike Time.
Transition 2
  • 00m
Comments:

Included in Bike time. Missed my transition spot so I lost a few seconds.
What would you do differently?:

Mark my transition spot better.
Run
  • 24m
  • 3.1 miles
  • 07m 44s  min/mile
Comments:

Not a very good 5K I should have run close to a 23 min. Felt like I needed to vomit for the first mile. I toned it down for the rest of the run. I have a big week of training for IMKY coming up, no need to do something stupid. Got past by a few more people.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing
Post race
Warm down:

Walked around and stretched. Waited around for awards

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Running wasn't very good. Put a more acurate swim time on reg form.

Event comments:

Great little race. Lots of volunters. Bike course was open to traffic, but a cop was at every busy enter section. I will do this race again next year and recomend it to someone.
