Nothing special... bowl of Weetabix and two bottles of water...
Event warmup:

Jason and I did a Super Short Jog around 8th Ave... really not much though.

Comments:

Good run, I didn't want to overdo things until I see the doctor. Jason ran with me for a change. I am sure he was very disappointed in his time, but I appreciated his company. I could have pushed harder with him, but again, don't want to overdo it before I get clearance from the doctor.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing special, except push a little harder.
Post race
Warm down:

Grabbed a banana and choco milk at the finish line - met up with Gerald and we did some stretching.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Being pregnant.

Event comments:

This race is a great community event. It is not the best Race to get great time in, but it is a nice event for families to attend to celebrate their Mom and the family in general.
