Got hit in face and front teeth hard once. Raced with bike shorts and surfer's long sleeve shirt.
What would you do differently?:

Train more. Relied to much on being a good swimmer and didn't train because was away with work so much and hotels didn't have pool.

Was doing triathlon with a friend and came out of the water 1 min before her and waited. Had plenty of time for drinking!

Push harder at the beginning. Took it easy because was first triathlon and though there was no way I was going to make it!

Got blister in the instep of my left foot. Strange place to get a blister but true.
