Train for speed in the swim and not just to finish. It probably took me 20 minutes to complete the swim

The hills were very steep. I had to walk up most of them

train running hills

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I was unable to run the hills efficiently. I should have run with a water bottle in hand. I was very thirsty at the start of the run.
