Comments: Made mistake of putting my bike shoes back on instead of my running shoes. Lost time talking to another person and making my shoe mistake. What would you do differently?: Concentrate more on the transition. ![]() Run
Comments: Legs were pretty shot after the bike. Couldn't loosen my legs up and had a hard time running. What would you do differently?: Need to work on my bricks. Need to figure out how to loosen my legs up and have some power left over for the run. ![]() Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Tranitions were unorganized. Need to concentrate more during transitions. Need to power up for the runs, legs were completely dead from the begining of the run. Event comments: Need more detailed map of the course and parking locations before race day.
