Made mistake of putting my bike shoes back on instead of my running shoes. Lost time talking to another person and making my shoe mistake.

Concentrate more on the transition.

Legs were pretty shot after the bike. Couldn't loosen my legs up and had a hard time running.
What would you do differently?:

Need to work on my bricks. Need to figure out how to loosen my legs up and have some power left over for the run.

Tranitions were unorganized. Need to concentrate more during transitions. Need to power up for the runs, legs were completely dead from the begining of the run.

Need more detailed map of the course and parking locations before race day.
