Pre-race routine:

Woke at 5:20 Ate ensure, english muffin with Pb and bananna Drove w/ ACR and Hammer to the drop off point. Traffic was more than expected Got to the event at 700

Walk to start line and brief stretching. Cold day Tyvec over short over long sleeves w/shorts

Comments:

Good race thru 10 mi ok run to 22 then wheels fell off. Knee pain leg cramps hardest thing I have ever done
What would you do differently?:

Train longer and more speciffically for the distance Go out more slowley but not much. My HR was good the whole time but the legs just were not ready for that long of a run
