Comments: Good race thru 10 mi ok run to 22 then wheels fell off. Knee pain leg cramps hardest thing I have ever done What would you do differently?: Train longer and more speciffically for the distance Go out more slowley but not much. My HR was good the whole time but the legs just were not ready for that long of a run Post race
