Comments: My concentration was keeping my power at 90-95% of LT - I felt like I had a decent amount more in the tank but having had some problems on runs in the past I held back. What would you do differently?: Not too much Transition 2

Comments: It was a great feeling to be fresh on the run and has to be due to the fact that I didnt let it all out on the bike. Usually I finish in the top 10% on the bike - it was more like 20% today and then fall below the MOP for the run. Today I was happy with my run Post race
