Comments: Ran the first 5 miles fairly well and was on for a good time but the unexcpected sandy dirt trail climb really slowed me (and everyone else) down a lot. Legs felt like jello at end of this climb What would you do differently?: Need to practise more trail and hill running before this race again. Post race
