Comments: Felt very strong. At first, I drafted behind this girl until 1st bouy then took off. I felt I was navigating prety well so I swam fast and swam into a canoe that was trying to help this guy. I held on for a second and felt okay so I continued. (After the race, I now have a reddened area & a sore nose but no bruises) What would you do differently?: Not swim into a canoe! Transition 1
Comments: Includes the run up from the water to bike. What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: I need to work on getting up hills because I will stand up & pedal but then just before the top I will sit down. What would you do differently?: Nothing Transition 2
Comments: This is included in my Bike time. My Transitions are getting faster. What would you do differently?: I need to practice getting off my bike. I did twist my ankle when I got off but it didn't hurt any. Thank goodness!!!! Run
Comments: I walked more in the beginning and up hills. I looked at my time & I knew I could get a PR so after mile 1. I just went for it. I ran at a good pace and then finished with everything I had!! What would you do differently?: I need to run more! Post race
