Comments: Biked with no socks in the shoes which was a huge time saver. I also swam with my tri top on which means I didn't have to fool around with trying to put it on in T1. Overall my T1 time improved a lot since Suncoast last year. What would you do differently?: Don't mess with trying to get some Gatorade into me. Get on the bike and then get some fluids. Bike
Comments: Some of the turns were rather sharp on the course and I need to get more comfortable making these turns at higher speeds. What would you do differently?: Need to focus on sharper turning Transition 2
Comments: Got my riding shoes and helmet off quickly and put the running shoes on again with no socks. Saved a ton of time. What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: Great that I was able to do this pace after coming off a hard (for me) bike ride. This was a huge improvement for me. What would you do differently?: Need to pick up the pace and keep my focus. Post race
