Comments: Water was pretty cold. I tried to breathe on both sides a few times after the 1st buoy. But I couldn't keep it up. After the 1st buoy, I felt pretty good. I didn't feel that fast, but I beat my time from last year. What would you do differently?: Warm up. Get into my wetsuit better. It was too tight up top. Transition 1
Comments: I focused on not stopping for any Gu or Gatorade in T1. I already had my shirt on underneath my wetsuit (big help and time saver). I got some Gu and Gatorade on the bike. I cut over 2 minutes off my T1 time from last year. What would you do differently?: Work on this a little more. Bike
Comments: I was cold going onto the bike. My legs never felt warm and I did not stretch. I did beat my time from last year, which i expected, but I feel as though I should have been a little faster. What would you do differently?: Stretch and warm up Transition 2
Comments: My T2 time improved from last year. I did have a gu before I left T2. I should have had it on the run. Run
Comments: Worst cramps of my life. No stretching caught up to me on mile 2. My quads, hams, and calves started cramping bad. I had to stop and stretch a few times. I drank as much gatorade as I could. I still was slower than my time last year by only 30 second in the run. What would you do differently?: Stretch Post race

Ate well, smoothie, coffee, half bagel
Not enough barely any stretching or warm up. I got to the race too late. Didn't have time to relax and get warm.
