Comments:

The hills kicked my tail, and I was breathing hard. It was a lot of fun, though, running with Reno and having bands playing music and water hoses and spectators. Lot's of people said, "Way to go!" But near the end, a policeman said, "Come on now, pick up the pace!" and that encouraged me more than anything! I appreciated the lots of water stops.
What would you do differently?:

Train more!

Waiting so long to start was entertaining, because it was fun watching the people. But it didn't help my performance at all to stand around for an hour!
