Probably having all the HIM training in my legs!

Event comments:

I always love this race. It's pretty big for Kingston. The Symphony plays and you are supposed to finish the 8k in 50 minutes while they play Beethoven's 5th. It's a great Kingston event...geared to everyone from beginners to the really fast runners in town
