Short swim. Seemed crowded. Swam with head up a lot. Could stand at the last buoy. Got out fast and took the inside track. Seemed disappointed exiting but was pleased with the time.

Couple hundred yards from beach to transition area. Good jog, felt shin. took time to dry feet for socks and shoes.

Paced effort. Held back at the end to prep for the run, seemed to help with cramps.

Still likely need clip ins and aerobars to be level with the field. Top 3rd swim, bottom 3rd bike.

Good run after transition. Legs loosed up nicely. Was able to race pace without much heat exhaustion. Hill slowed down pace but was able to recover by the turn.

push pace on last half mile.

Nice event. Enjoyed the music, announcer, and atmosphere. Nice course in a parklike setting.
