Comments: Short swim. Seemed crowded. Swam with head up a lot. Could stand at the last buoy. Got out fast and took the inside track. Seemed disappointed exiting but was pleased with the time. What would you do differently?: Remember to start watch. Transition 1
Comments: Couple hundred yards from beach to transition area. Good jog, felt shin. took time to dry feet for socks and shoes. What would you do differently?: run faster Bike
Comments: Paced effort. Held back at the end to prep for the run, seemed to help with cramps. Still likely need clip ins and aerobars to be level with the field. Top 3rd swim, bottom 3rd bike. What would you do differently?: Upgrade bike? Transition 2
Comments: Quick. Rack was close to the entry which helped. Didn't have to run long with the bike. What would you do differently?: nothing. Run
Comments: Good run after transition. Legs loosed up nicely. Was able to race pace without much heat exhaustion. Hill slowed down pace but was able to recover by the turn. What would you do differently?: push pace on last half mile. Post race
