Comments:

I felt great the whole time, i litle bit of a cramp in my right thigh on and off but i pushed through. Having the cyclist there with me realy helped me out.

The only thing i could think of would be having some competition to push a little bit more

Event comments:

Good race for a good cause. Plenty of food and entertainment for everyone. Plus a concert from the canadian idol.
