I had a rough night. 12 week old and 2 year old - not a lot of sleep. Unfortunately, only about 5 hours - tops!

It was a good swim for me. Usually my weakest event - I felt great the whole time. Did not get winded and just paced myself. I will catch the other ladies in the bike and run!!!!
What would you do differently?:

Nothing. I trained as well as I could and felt great the entire time.

I have a 12 week old baby - this is 6 weeks of training post baby! I am very pleased with the way I raced. I have 4 weeks until my next race - and I can't wait to train and do better!
