Swim
Comments: Not bad, at one point I swallowed a crap load of water (eww, bad choice of words for the Potomac) but otherwise I was doing pretty well. In general I was pretty happy with the quality of the water. What would you do differently?: Goggles fogged up, needed to clear them once. Transition 1
Comments: In and out. What would you do differently?: Go in and out faster. Bike
Comments: I always feel tired in the first 15 minutes of the swim to bike transition... more brick work? What would you do differently?: More brick work before and stronger legs, hahaha isn't that what we all want... Transition 2
Comments: These racks were great, high enough to slide my bike under without getting my aero bars caught. What would you do differently?: Do it faster... as always. Run
Comments: Mmm, I'm not sure I have any run comments, I have a few walk comments though. I would like to run more, I would like to not feel pain I mean thats always a bummer. So I'm going to work on that no pain thing. What would you do differently?: I think I would run more, and did I hear someone say more bricks?? Post race
Warm down: Walked to the car. What limited your ability to perform faster: The fact that I sucked... hahaha at least I know I'll beat my time next year! Event comments: Good course, I mean it's in DC. We received sponges which was great and also Powerade at the aid stations. The only thing I didn't like is all the TNT volunteers cheering only for TNT people, you know I'm doing this triathlon too! Last updated: 2008-06-02 12:00 AM

Drive down, got the last bus...man was that a trip, all the roads were blocked off from the police even though we were a triathlete bus.
Not that I know of! I got there with maybe 10 minutes to set up my transition
