Got up had a bagel and Started to drink a little G2.
Event warmup:

None Just Stretched and got ready for the race. No warmup because of the IT-band issue.

Good swim for me. Found open water right away and just kept up the pace. Turns were good.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing except swim faster. I was very conservative and could have picked up the pace a bit.

Good ride. Pace was good. Very flat, fast course. Felt good most of the time. Hamstrings were a little tight but kept up pace on the second half of ride.
What would you do differently?:

Go harder on the first half of the ride into the wind.
