Comments: Good pace, HR high, muscles had a long way to go, but my cardio strength has diminished w/out training this Summer. Time to hit restart! What would you do differently?: Bring a water bottle, quicken foot cadence and try for a 27 minute finish. Post race
Warm down: Walking, drinking water, stretch. What limited your ability to perform faster: That I haven't trained in 45 days. Event comments: Wow...so many people! NH's biggest race.
