Comments: Did some breast stroke, around bouy and on back leg. Finished strong racing two guys at the end. What would you do differently?: Had nothing for bike, need to slow swim down? Transition 1
Comments: Was very lightheaded had trouble with balance, getting suit off.First time this happened, not sure why? What would you do differently?: practice removing suit Bike
Comments: I had nothing right off to bat, legs fealt dead. Don't know why, no riding or running for two days prior. What would you do differently?: Need more hill training Transition 2
Comments: Quick lock is two small, trouble getting socks in shoe. Run
Comments: Started, with a water bottle just grabbed it. Fealt pretty good and was getting better on the run, finished strong. Post race
Warm down: Some stretching, ate pizza and heed. Hung out with the bt crowd, was very nice. What limited your ability to perform faster: No energy on bike Event comments: Run pretty good took a long time for results, and awards. Woke up at 3:45am,had breakfast of one packet oatmeal, two pieces wheat toast. Stopped for a large coffee. drove 80 miles to race.breezed thru package pick up and setting up gear.
Drank water and met-x protien bar and met alot of new people and just hung out. No stretching, swam a little before my heat. Felt pretty loose.
