Comments: had a freaking rock in my shoe! I didn't take it out till mile 5! I should have taken it out earlier. but i didn't and i got a big blister. also my shoe untied (opposite foot) and i had to stop and tie it. i probably wasted at least 30s with both stops, maybe more. i also died during the last mile (how sad!) What would you do differently?: i need to run train more. and take out rocks before they cause problems. Post race
