Comments: Got caught up in traffic the first 1/2 mile or so. I was seeded correctly, but many others weren't. I have come to expect this. First mile was a little slow due to this, but maybe it helps me, I don't know. After that, I fell into a pretty nice rhythm and really stayed within myself. What would you do differently?: Nothing, this was a low priority race for fun. Post race

Up at 0400. Ate 1/2 doughnut (I know, I know, I just couln't help myself), Bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios, Skim Milk.
Cliff Bar 1 hour before. Gel 15 min before race. Ran 4 or 5 laps around parking lot to get hr up.
