Comments: Swim seeded long, 1st run start, all men, single wave about 150+/-. Got kicke afew times but that racing. What would you do differently?: To much time sighting, head out of water to much. Send less time sighting and keep head in water.......... Transition 1
Comments: Good time for me after watching video on Trans. What would you do differently?: Try to cliping me bike shoes to pedles, leave T1 bare footed and try to get into my shoes while on the bike. Wear race number under wet suit. Bike
Comments: Hit 36 mph on downhill, avg. 19 -23 mph on loop around lake. Areo position 1/2 time. Pushed hard, felt great, hit the wall on the return up hill. Didnt save enough for the return up hill at the end of the bike. What would you do differently?: Try to save alittle for the up hill. More areo position, more hill training. Transition 2

Comments: Worried about down hill run due to calf injury, started out with tight legs on 1st mile, had to walk for 2 mins. What would you do differently?: Give my calf more time to heel before a TRI. Just go all out on the run. Post race
Warm down: water, sports drink, walk, strech What limited your ability to perform faster: Calf injury 7 weeks. Started A.R.T. 3 days before TRI. Had a easy day at work worked at CDOT house. Arrived at race site 4:00 pm and checked in. After getting packit walked back to truck, change clothes and preped bike. Went to T1 racked bike and set up trans. Went over to marking station and got marked.
Streched for 15 min. Put on wetsuit - swim warm up for 5 min.
